Sabres Links: Friedman has scoop on the trade, Bogosian debuts at practice, Stafford scores winner

Elliotte Friedman had some awesome info on the Sabres, Tyler Myers and Evander Kane. Ok, here we go. First, it looks like Winnipeg will keep Myers (#13). Calgary was reportedly interested in both Myers and Kane, but didn't want to give up Sam Bennett, Sean Monahan, or Mikael Backlund (#14). Washington and Arizona were both in on Kane, but didn't have the ammo to make it happen (#15). Los Angeles also asked about Myers earlier this season, but the Sabres wanted Tyler Toffoli or Tanner Pearson (#17). The Sabres also have talked to Boston about Malcolm Subban, but the Bruins weren't interested (#18). Tim Murray has actually been interested in Kane for a while, going all the way back to Ottawa (#22). [Sportsnet]
