Plenty of action in the pipeline this past week, including a performance from Nick Baptiste that may be worthy of a call-up sometime soon.

One of the biggest nights of the year for Cliff Pu thus far came Friday night. Potted a goal and added two assists in London’s 8-2 win over Flint.

Casey Mittelstadt did Casey Mittelstadt things all over Clarkson in the latter half of the game. The two assists bring him to a point-a-game pace, with six in six.

Max Willman picks up his first point of the year with an assist in Brown’s season-opening 4-1 win over Yale.

Casey Fitzgerald nor Jacob Bryson were able to get a point in Providence’s 2-1 win over Boston College; although, Fitzgerald did apply six shots on net to lead the Eagles.

Brandon Hagel continued his consistent output on Friday with a goal and an assist. His fifth goal of the year came late in the third to force overtime and helped Red Deer beat Spokane 4-3.

Highlights

Hagel was all over the ice on Friday, as he should be at the WHL level.

Once again another big shoutout to @SabresProspects for his coverage and highlights.

I hope to have a ranking done soon, I’ve been rather busy covering BG Hockey this year so I can’t get as much work done on the weekends as I would like.
