Three Questions

1. Can the Sabres continue their weird dominance of San Jose?

The Sabres are 9-0-1 against the Shark in their last ten games, including a 5-4 OT victory back in February of this season. It’s one of the more odd streaks of dominance in the NHL, but hey, we’re not complaining.

2. What will Jack Eichel do tonight?

The Sabres phenomenal forward has 26 points in his last 19 games, and 47 in 48 games this season. It’s become one of our favorite questions every game because, well, he does stuff nobody else can do on a seemingly nightly basis.

3. Can Buffalo take advantage of their special teams, uh, advantage?

The Sabres power play still ranks #1 in the NHL, while the Sharks rank #25. The San Jose PK is much better than the Sabres, but if Buffalo can put home a power play goal or two tonight, they’ll keep the Sharks on the losing end of this epic, cross-country rivalry.
