Hope you had a great All Star break to get your mind away from hockey and the Buffalo Sabres, and you instead used that time to forge valuable relationships with friends and family.
The news continued to be dire for the Sabres even when they were not playing. Jack Quinn had to undergo surgery that will see him miss up to two months, and Mattias Samuelsson has now also been shut down after undergoing season-ending surgery.
Doesn’t look like the Sabres are going to be doing too much leading into the trade deadline so we might as well settle in for the slog.
