Two Questions

1. Will Justin Bailey play anywhere but the fourth line?

Bailey is back thanks to a hand injury to William Carrier, but will start the game on the fourth line. For a team that still is in desperate need of some speed up front, it would be nice to see Bailey get some time on the second or third lines today.

2. Can the Sabres find any kind of sustained, period-to-period stretch of good play?

Two days ago when the Sabres hosted Boston, they got out to a screaming start in the first period, going up 2-0 and looking like the dominant team. And then everything turned in the second, and the Sabres could get anything going over the final two periods. They’ll need to find a way to not lose momentum during the intermission if they want to win tonight.
