Welcome to day two of the 2023 NHL Draft!
Rounds 2-7 kick off at 11 A.M. and go throughout the day. After selecting Zach Benson last night, the Buffalo Sabres currently have seven picks in the remainder of the draft: 2nd round: 39th (from PHI), 45th; 3rd round: 86th (from LA); 4th round: 109th; 5th round: 141st; 6th round: 173rd; 7th round: 205th.
There were, surprisingly, no trades completed during the first round of the draft. It’s almost certain that we’ll see some completed throughout the course of today, but will the Sabres be involved in any of them? Will any big-name players be moved?
