Donny G. has done a good job with the young talent but they continue to be mediocre and will miss the playoffs again. He doesn’t seem to have the answers needed to bring them to the next level. The talent is there but they need a task master to right this ship. There are teams above them in the standings that have less talent and that needs to be changed.
