Is Kevyn Adams repeating this? That’s a big question for me. Evidence is mounting.
Comparatively it is a much younger team, so fans may give a little more leeway. But the current players refuse to do basic things needed to win. (Go to the net, please.) That’s not coaching, that is ingrained softness. And ingrained softness will severely delay and prevent any progression, even with Hall of Fame coaches.
It is time now to send the roster a message. Softies are not going to change their personalities. Ship them out, Alex Tuch would be my choice. And he was a favorite for me last year.
KA has not drafted anyone, with all those picks, who is going to come in and make the Bruins, Lightning, etc think twice about how they push the Sabres around.
Does anyone think he will trade for those type players? And if he is Darcy 2.0, we all are screwed, for a long time, again.
