With how the schedule has fallen this week we haven’t put up the regular open thread yet, but we’re going to do a slightly different version for the remainder of the week.
Instead of the week’s schedule let’s talk instead about this interesting article in The Athletic from Matthew Fairburn earlier in the week where he talked about possible forward trade targets for the Buffalo Sabres, given that the trade deadline was rapidly approaching.
