All-Time Number Debate: 3 Paul McIntosh

So many Sabres have come and gone in the organization over the past 39 years.  But who was the best wearing their number.  This is going to settle that debate.  Using the Buffalo Sabres Alumni listing of all-time uniform numbers we will post a player a day based on their number.  After a certain uniform number is up, we put the vote to you.

Paul McIntosh played a total of 48 games with the Buffalo Sabres during the 1974 and 1975 seasons.  McIntosh was a 4th round draft pick in the 1974 Draft and played a total of 6 games in that 1974 season.  In McIntosh’s 48 games, he registered a total of 2 assists and 10 shots.

McIntosh moved on with his hockey career after retiring in 1979 and starting coaching the London Knights from the OHL.  McIntosh coached for three seasons from 1980-83 and then again briefly during the 1996 season.  He won CHL and OHl executive of the year in 1997.
