2015 Sabres Top 25 Under 25: A Review

The 25 Under 25 series has once again come to an end, highlighting the stockpile of great talent the Sabres have compiled. As always it was a tough list to put together, especially when it came to ordering #2-5.

Four of us took part in the rankings, Andy, myself, Calvin and Ryan. We each ordered the Sabres players from one to 30, to make it easier when it comes to players that only appear in some people’s top 25. I added up all the totals ranked them from least to greatest. The list actually had a bonus 26th member, since I counted both Brendan Guhle and Nick Deslauriers as #16.

Here is the complete list, along with each writer’s personal rankings. We ranked the players by value to the Sabres, as in, “Would you trade this player for the player below him?”

The Top 25 Under 25 comes to an end at a perfect time, just when the Sabres report to camp. Summer is over, hockey is back, and many of these top players will be skating in Buffalo starting tomorrow.
