DBTB Open Thread – The Stanley Cup Final is set

Keeping with tradition, here’s the updated open thread to keep us all up to date with what’s going on with the Sabres and the rest of the league

From the land of the Sabres, there’s not much going on, outside of Dreger coming on the instigators the other day:

Dreger also believes that Jack is getting traded, not an “if” to it. Dreger also thinks the coach will be named before said trade (makes sense with the expansion draft still a month away) and that the Jackets are still interested. Vegas should be increasingly more interested after losing in game 6.

And for around the league,

After the Lightning’s 1-0 win last night to eliminate the New York Islanders 4-3, Tampa Bay will meet the Montreal Canadiens (who beat the Vegas Golden Knights 4-2) in the Stanley Cup Final beginning on Monday.
