Three Questions

1. Can the Sabres stop Tyler Seguin?

Seguin comes in to tonight’s game second in the NHL in scoring and tied for third in the NHL with 28 goals, and if that wasn’t impressive enough, he also has nine points in his last eight games. Hey, those guys picked in the top 2 of the draft are pretty good! Can the Sabres shut down one of the NHL’s most potent scorers?

2. Who will play the point on the power play?

We found out in yesterday’s practice report that Tyler MYers and Josh Gorges both got maintenance days, so the Sabres auditioned Matt Moulson on the first unit. With the Sabres realy having nothing to lose, will Moulson stay on the point when Myers and Gorges return tonight, will Zadorov get another chance, or will we return to Tyler Myers blasting his own teammates faces and arms with bombs from the point?

3. How many total goals will be scored tonight?

The Stars are an exciting team, scoring the second most goals per game at 3.14, however, they also give up the third most goals per game in the league at 3.24. It makes for exciting hockey, but can the Sabres take advantage of Dallas’ high risk, high reward strategy?

Projected BUF lines
