Sabres to Pick 13th Overall in 2023 NHL Draft

Following the NHL Draft Lottery on Monday, the Buffalo Sabres hold the 13th overall selection in the 2023 NHL Draft. The Sabres' draft position did not change as a result of the lottery.
The Chicago Blackhawks won the lottery and will pick first, while the Anaheim Ducks will pick second. The Columbus Blue Jackets round out the top three.

The NHL Draft will be held June 28-29 in Nashville, TN. Connor Bedard is the projected first-overall selection, while Adam Fantilli is a likely choice for the second pick.
