Three Questions

1. How will Jhonas Enroth fair in back-to-back games?

Ted Nolan confirmed that it would be Enroth again in net today, his third start in the last four days. The Sabres have been in 2-1 games galore recently, but they’ll need Enroth to keep it close once again to sweep the Habs.

2. Will the Sabres keep dominating at even strength?

The Sabres have gone an incredible 13 periods without allowing a goal at even strength, which has greatly contributed to their recent rise up the standings. There’s no way they keep this going for too much longer, but can they make it another game winning the ES battle?

3. How will Tim Schaller look in his NHL debut?

Drew Stafford is out tonight, and Tim Schaller gets the call-up from Rochester and will make his NHL debut tonight. Schaller has six goals and nine assists in 20 games for the Amerks, and has earned this call-up from the AHL thanks to his hard work and solid two-way game. WGR’s Matthew Coller has a nice write-up on Schaller if you want to know more.

Projected BUF Lineup

Moulson – Girgensons – Ennis

Flynn – Mitchell – Gionta
Deslauriers – Hodgson – Schaller

Foligno – Kaleta – Stewart

Strachan – Myers
Zadorov – Ristolainen

Weber – Benoit

Goal: Jhonas Enroth
