No Sabres will be inducted this year into the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame, but the ceremony will happen on October 21st at HSBC Arena. No idea if the ceremony will be open to the public.

If McArthur is worth $2.4, what is Tim Kennedy worth then? The Thrashers have exercised their walk-away rights in the arbitration case of Clarke MacArthur, making him an unrestricted free agent. MacArthur was awarded $2.4 million but the writing was on the wall when the Thrashers acquired Andrew Ladd from the Blackhawks.

Sabres' Arbitration Dates Set - WGR 550 SportsRadio - Home of the Buffalo Sabres


We will know how much Tim Kennedy and Patrick Kaleta will be making by the end of next week. WGR550 is reporting both platers will have their hearings next week. Later this week we'll try to figure out how much each player will make.

Sabres officially announce the preseason schedule which adds one more road game from the fan shot on the right. Most curious decision is to have a home preseason game on a October 3rd, same day as a Bills home game vs. Jets.
