Here’s an open thread for discussing all matters Buffalo Sabres and NHL related for this week. Of course, you can talk about anything else you like too.
The Sabres are finally back in action after a fortnight’s hiatus with nine players testing positive for COVID-19 along with head coach Ralph Krueger. Buffalo’s first two games back will be a two-game, back-to-back homestand against the New York Islanders with Krueger back behind the bench and five of the nine back in the lineup too – Rasmus Dahlin, Brandon Montour, Jake McCabe, Taylor Hall and Tobias Rieder.
Buffalo will still have to deal with an even more condensed schedule that has seen five more back-to-back games added to the updated Sabres schedule. [Sabres]
