Buffalo gets a third round draft pick for the goalie prospect
Devon Levi has been traded away by the Buffalo Sabres to the Edmonton Oilers along with a seventh round pick in return for a 2028 third round draft pick.
After a highly-promising start to the goaltender’s career, he seemed to have hit a rut this last season with the Amerks.
Through 120 games as an Amerk, Levi posted 64 wins with 10 shutouts and a 2.52 GAA and .914 SV%.
With the Sabres, Levi had a 3.29 GAA and a .894 SV% in 39 games with 17 games.
