Buffalo Sabres Roster For Traverse City Tournament Is Announced

The Buffalo Sabres are traveling to Traverse City to play in the rookie tournament for the first time and the roster that will be heading to Michigan was released by the team today. The roster is composed of most of the players that attended the Development Camp back in July, so players such as Luke Adam, Zack Kassian, and Marcus Foligno will be playing in the four day tournament from September 10th to September 14th. Here is the rest of the roster for Traverse City.

The Sabres will be playing in a round robin format, playing in the Howe Division with Detroit, Columbus, and Minnesota. The other four teams that will be in the Gretzky Division are St. Louis, Dallas, Carolina and the New York Rangers. After playing all teams in the division, the teams will determine how they finish by playing their corresponding team in the opposing division, for example 1st place in the Howe Division and 1st in the Gretzky Division will play for 1st place in the tournament.

While the only coverage from the tournament will come from the beat writers that are going to be attending it, tickets are relatively affordable if you can make the trip to Michigan
