The latest episode of Beyond The Blade is now up. The Buffalo Sabres continue their strong play in December and there’s a lot to discuss surrounding the team.
We start off this week discussing how the Sabres are playing some good hockey again. They’re 4-1-2 in December and hold onto second place in the Atlantic Division. They have some big games coming up heading into the Holiday break, starting with the Toronto Maple Leafs tomorrow.
After that we jump into a variety of topics such as Zach Bogosian’s trade request, Jack Eichel’s MVP type season, Victor Olofsson’s Calder campaign, Casey Mittelstadt struggles, the defense, and some trade rumors. We discuss not only Sabres rumors but what’s going on with Taylor Hall, as well.
We end the podcast, per usual, answering questions from fans on the team and other topics around the league.
