Buffalo Sabres Playoff Watch: Tuesday, March 13

Here is tonight's guide on which teams to cheer for and jeer for in order to help the Buffalo Sabres make the playoffs:

New York Islanders to beat Washington
The Caps are still ahead of Buffalo in the standings, and thankfully their schedule gets harder after their game against the Isles, but the Sabres still need them to lose as much as possible.

Boston to beat Tampa Bay
As much as it pains me to root for anything good to come out of the city of Boston that doesn't include the word "Lager," a Bruins win would put more distance between the Sabres and Lightning.

Toronto to beat Florida
The Leafs are basically out of it at this point, but because they've basically checked out f the rest of the season, a win here may be tough to come by. Not essential if you think Florida will win their division, but hey.
