Some Sabres news to focus on after the long West Coast road trip –
Carolina Matovac, Rasmus Dahlin’s fiancee, is on her way to Buffalo!
Sabres Equipment Manager George Babcock marked his 2,500th game with the Sabres during the road trip, and was presented with a custom trailer for his snowmobiles earlier today.
The Sabres are back at home this week for three games, two of those are division tilts too.

The Amerks won one, lost one last week and remain four points clear of the Belleville Senators who also have played four more games. Rochester will edge into the playoffs, but will have it all to do once they get there. Defenseman Gavin McCarthy signed his entry level contract last week and joined the Amerks, playing in one game already.
