Welcome back Rasmus! Buffalo Sabres captain Rasmus Dahlin made a surprising quick return to North America and the Sabres roster after tending to personal affairs back home in Sweden. His return sparked the Buffalo Sabres as they broke their losing slump to come from behind in a thrilling overtime win against Detroit on Saturday.

The other Buffalo team also eked out a win yesterday so all is good in Western New York, for now.

There will be not much respite for the Sabres as they get right back into action on Monday night and play a four-game homestand this week including a rare Sunday game since the Bills actually play on Thursday night this week.
