Hockey season is in full flow as fall is in the air. Unfortunately, from a performance and results perspective it really looks like a lot of the same old same old right now for the Buffalo Sabres.

One a weekend where the Sabres were kicking off their regular season with two games against the New Jersey Devils in Prague and the Buffalo Bills were up against the Houston Texans in a ‘grudge’ match, the city slogan of ‘One Buffalo’ was more like ‘None Buffalo’ as all three games resulted in losses for the WNY faithful.

Use this open thread to talk about all relevant topics as the Sabres return to Buffalo for their home opener before hosting the Stanley Cup champions on Saturday night.
