Three Questions

1. Which O’Reilly brother will look better tonight?

In the Sabres win on Thursday night, Cal scored twice and Ryan assisted once, earning Cal the first star over Ryan for the first time in a long time. Will Ryan regain his position of dominance in this sibling rivalry, or has Cal finally had enough of playing second fiddle to his broski?

2. Can the Folingo-Larsson-Gionta line stay hot?

This trio was fantastic in Buffalo’s last game, and according to head coach Dan Bylsma, they could be a trio that sticks together into next season, provided the team re-signs RFAs Foligno and Larsson. Another strong effort tonight would be one more tally in the column to do just that.

3. Will the Rangers clinch a playoff spot tonight, or will the Sabres snap a long losing streak against New York?

The Rangers can clinch a playoff spot with a win tonight, and they might like their odds for that, considering they’ve beaten the Sabres nine times in a row, including twice this year. Will the third time be the charm for Buffalo, or will New York stretch their winning streak over the Sabres to double digits?
