The start of the 2016 NHL Draft is four hours away, and if you’re like me, you’re sick of the mock drafts and speculation, and just ready to get going. We’ve seen the Buffalo Sabres linked to many different prospects in the first round, and with the eighth overall pick in the draft, their options should be both wide open and relatively limited.
This post serves as one last chance for bragging rights, one last chance for you to tell the hockey world how smart (or lucky) you are – give us your final prediction on what the Sabres will do with the 8th overall pick.
Will it be the man we selected in our mock draft, Alex Nylander? Will you opt for one of the big three defensemen expected to go early in the first round? Will you go off the board and hope someone falls, or that GMTM reaches for another forward?
