Rochester made its only trip to Allentown, PA this season and laid a big egg against Lehigh Valley. The Amerks scored the opener but got dominated from then on by the Philadelphia Flyers’ farm team.

Jiri Kulich scored the Rochester goal, on the Amerks first shot. It was Kulich’s second tally in successive games.

The Phantoms took over soon after Kulich’s marker. Lehigh Valley 2-1 after one period, and 4-1 after two.

Rochester was outshot, 40-15. The Phantoms held a 35-7 edge in shots after two periods.

Amerks' goalie Michael Houser (35 saves) was busy throughout.
