According to ROTOWORLD ( as of 12:15pm ET) citing CapFriendly Transactions on Twitter as its source, the San Jose Sharks have put Vladislov Kotkov on waivers. I'm posting this because he's listed as 21 yrs old, 6'4" and 210 lbs. Last season he notched 9 goals and 19 pts in 16 games with the St. John Sea Dogs of the QMJHL. He also picked up an additional 4 assists in 5 playoff games. In 2019, he had 34 goals and 61points in 65 QMJHL games. Apparently he was an undrafted free agent signing by the Sharks in 2019. Does anyone have additional information on him, on the surface, he looks like a promising prospect that could help the Sabres, but I'm wondering why San Jose would let him go ..... is there baggage?
DBTB'rs .... anyone have any info this player on whether this would be a good pickup or not, since the Sabres would have 1st claim on any waiver players ( I think?)
