SBNation FanPulse: Where is Team Confidence?

New, comments

After another tough stretch of hockey, we asked fans - where is team confidence?

NHL: Buffalo Sabres at Winnipeg Jets Terrence Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Through 66 games this season, the Buffalo Sabres drop to the bottom of the Eastern Conference contiunues. A record of 29-29-8 has Buffalo sitting in sixth in the Atlantic Division and 13th in the Eastern Conference.

We here at SBNation asked Buffalo Sabres fans, for the third straight week - are you confident the franchise is headed in the right direction?

Here is how fans responded:

Despite Buffalo’s recent struggles, the recent trade deadline appears to have injected a large amount of faith into the direction of the organization.

Jason Botterill added young forward Dominik Kahun to the mix by sending forwards Evan Rodrigues and Conor Sheary to the Pittsburgh Penguins.

The Sabres responded by losing four straight games - which will almost certainly affect next week’s fan confidence vote.
