Recap: Sabres Get the Win in Boston but Lose Eichel to an Injury

Sabres beat the Bruins 4-2, but Jack Eichel went down awkwardly in the first period with a lower-body injury

Buffalo Sabres v Boston Bruins

This will be a quick version of the recap as I was personally in and out for most of the game. That being said the storyline of this game isn’t the win against a hot Boston Bruins team. It’s the injury to Jack Eichel

The star center went down awkwardly behind the net after getting tied up with Bruins defenseman and former Boston University teammate Matt Gryzlak.
