This morning, the calendar turned to December.
With that, it gives everyone across the board the chance to take a look back at what happened within the last month of games.
For the Buffalo Sabres, they had a stellar month of November. More specifically, Rasmus Dahlin had a stellar month of November.
Rasmus Dahlin (@BuffaloSabres), who topped first-year blueliners and ranked fourth among all rookies with 1-9—10 in 15 games, has been named the NHL’s “Rookie of the Month” for November. https://t.co/G3zSUznfL4 #NHLStats pic.twitter.com/6PByvjPNsa

Dahlin becomes the first Sabres player since Marcus Foligno in March 2012 to earn the NHL Rookie of the Month Honors.
In 15 games last month, Dahlin amassed 10 points (1 goal, 9 assists).
Per the NHL official release, Dahlin beat out Elias Pettersson, Brady Tkachuk, Colin White and Cal Petersen for the monthly honors.
Dahlin’s improved play over the month of November has continued to give hockey fans a glimpse of the incredible talent that he brings to the table.
A perfect example would be watching what Dahlin did against San Jose in the Sabres overtime victory. His performance in that overtime was awe-inspiring.

It remains to be seen what Dahlin will do in the month of December but as his NHL experience has increased, so has his confidence and ability to rapidly grow on the fly.
