Two Questions

1. Will the veterans continue to make up for the lack of Alex Nylander?

Alex Nylander was held out of the Boston game with an injury, but that didn’t stop the Sabres from putting up seven goals. That was largely due to the veteran presence on the team, as Brendan Guhle, Hudson Fasching and C.J. Smith all put up three points. Nylander is missing tonight as well, so the rest of the veterans will once again be relied on heavily.

3. Can the Sabres win this tournament?

Buffalo can win the tournament with a victory this evening, as every other team comes into the day with a 1-1-0 record. Buffalo has a 1-0-1 record. Finally the tank gives us a chance at a championship!
