The Eastern Conference was settled last night with an overtime win for the Penguins against the Capitals, who were pacesetters in the NHL for most of the season and won the President's Trophy. The Blackhawks of 2013 are the only one of the last eight winners of the Trophy to go on and win the Stanley Cup. The Pens take on another speedy team, the Lightning, in what is expected to be a track meet of a Conference Final.

The West will be decided today and tomorrow, with both series going to pivotal Game 7's. On Wednesday, the Blues are at the Stars at 8pm EST (NBCSN, TVAS, SN). Then on Thursday it's the Predators at the Sharks, puck drop at 9pm EST (NBCSN, TVAS, SN).
