Report: Oduya turns down three year, $15 million offer from Sabres

Buffalo GM Tim Murray is after one of the last big fish left in the UFA pool to fill the Sabres' need for a left-handed defenseman. Fox Sports Midwest's Andy Strickland reported that Johnny Oduya turned down a three-year, $15 million offer from Buffalo recently. Oduya's preference seems to be to stay with Chicago, but if the Blackhawks can't clear enough cap room for him, it might come down to the Sabres' money vs. Dallas' lifestyle, according to Strickland. Oduya reportedly could make his decision as early as Tuesday.
