Andy is taking a couple of well deserved days off and you will be stuck with me doing the links for a couple of days. I could fill this post up with stories about the Sabres struggles against the Ottawa Senators but I am sick of the Senators. We'll start with a post about the game and quickly move on to other topics.

J.P. Lamouruex had a shutout to lead the Portland Pirates to a 2-0 victory over the Providence Bruins. Mark Mancari and Paul Byron scored the goals for the Pirates.
