Daily Roundup for 3/9

Sunday was just as unfriendly to the Sabres as Saturday was.  The Rangers, Penguins and Canadiens all earned two points and the Sabres fell further down the standings.

Sabres Links

  • Not a whole lot brewing in the Sabres blogosphere so I thought I'd share a couple of worksheets I have done with you.  This is how the Sabres were built and this is the salary cap picture for the Sabres.
  • Hockey's Future recently posted their Spring 09 rankings for the Sabres.  We didn't get to see Enroth play in a Sabres uniform but Hockey's Future thinks we will someday.

Other Playoff Foes

Around the NHL

  • Scott Burnside takes a look at the GM meetings that begin this morning.
  • We head back to Kuklas Korner for a story about internet rumors.  It's really a good read but it's also unfortunate.  It's situations like this that give all bloggers a bad name.

Games of Interest Tonight

There is only one game of interest tonight and that is the NY Rangers at the Carolina Hurricanes.  I think we are rooting for no overtime, beyond that I'm not sure it matters.
