All-Time Number Debate: Jocelyn Guevremont

So many Sabres have come and gone in the organization over the past 39 years.  But who was the best wearing their number.  This is going to settle that debate.  Using the Buffalo Sabres Alumni listing of all-time uniform numbers we will post a player a day based on their number.  After a certain uniform number is up, we put the vote to you.

Guevremont joined the Buffalo Sabres during the 1974 season after being traded here with Bryan McSheffrey for Gerry Meehan and Mike Robitalle.  Guevremont was a 3rd overall pick in the 1971 draft and played with the Canucks for three seasons before being traded.  He wore the number 3 jersey only in that 1974 seasons, switching over to number 22 when the 1975 season rolled around.

During that 1974 season, Guvremont played a total of 66 games, 2 with the Canucks and 64 with the Sabres.  He scored 7 goals and 25 assists.  He also was an impressive +31 during that season, something that Guvremont continued throughout his career.
