It's another one of those trap games for the Sabres. They seem to struggle at home against opponents that they should beat. Luckily for Buffalo they are playing a team that is in disarray. The Lightning have won only one time since they abruptly fired Barry Melrose and named Rick Tocchet as the head coach. Yesterday Barry Melrose went on a Toronto Radio Show and ripped the Lightning organization and declared that he hopes they don't win another game.
The Sabres have split the previous two games with the Lightning. Suffering an embarrasing 5-2 loss at the HSBC Arena earlier in the season and beating the Lightning last week in Tampa Bay.
