The Buffalo News is reporting that Daniel Paille is acccepting his qualifying offer for $585,000. Paille has played parts of the past two seasons with the Sabres while spending the majority of the previous two seasons in Rochester. I think Paille is ready to play in the NHL full time but only time will tell. I'll have much more on Paille coming up.
added: Paille played 29 games with the Sabres last season and had three goals and eight assists for 11 points and he was a plus five. In 45 games with Rochester he had 13 goals and 14 assists for 27 points. Paille will bring a little toughness to the Sabres as he plays bigger than his six foot 197 pound frame. At the age of 23 Paille has yet to come into his own a could improve considerably over the next season or two.
