It's always a great game when the Sabres and the Leafs meet in HSBC Arena and I don't anticipate tonight will be any different.  The game will be televised nationally on Versus so please remember this before turning to MSG.

Sabres Notes:

The Sabres are one of seven teams who have played only four games...The Sabres are fifth in the league in goals scored with 19 goals in four games, the teams that are ahead of Buffalo are Ottawa 22 (7 Games), Toronto 22 (6 games), Carolina 21 (6 games) and Detroit 20 (6 games)...The Sabres had 53 shots on goal on Saturday night against Washington...Have scored 13 goals in the past two games a 6-0 victory over Atlanta and a 7-3 victory over Washington...Jaro Spacek has four goals in four games, just one behind his total for all of last season...Andrew Peters is the only Sabre who doesn't have a point, he was a healthy scratch for the last two games...After tonight's game the Sabres will be off until Friday...Brian Campbell leads NHL defenseman with 9 points...Jocelyn Thibault is expected to start in net for the Sabres

Leafs Notes:

The Leafs are tied with Ottawa for the most goals scored with 22...The Leafs have allowed four or more goals in three games this season...Vesa Toskala had 46 saves in the loss to Pittsburgh on Saturday night...Mats Sundin has a point in every game the Leafs have played this season...

Fast Fact:

The Sabres are 10-4 in the last 14 meetings between the Leafs and Sabres
