In his 12 games since being recalled from Rochester on March 10th, Marcus Foligno has recorded 11 points (6 G, 5 A, +10) with Buffalo, including two two-goal games (3/14 and 3/19) and the GWG in their March 24th game against Minnesota. The new Foligno-Ennis-Stafford line has produced 44 points (20+24) in these 12 games, helping lead the Sabres to a 7-3-2 record.
Not that we're shocked by this as everyone who pays any attention to the NHL (including us) has been flipping their collective lids over the play of Timothy Junior for weeks, but it's still nice to have a guy recognized for outstanding play.
He scored 13 points in 14 games, including 'the goal' against Roberto Luongo and seemingly 12 other Canucks, as well as two highlight reel hits against Rick Nash and another against LA's Dustin Brown.
His line for March:
4 goals, 9 assists, plus-5; Blues record was 9-4-1.
