[open threads] Sabres @ Penguins

I'm not sure how many people really care about tonight's game or even know there is one for that matter but it is really important in the standings. If you look up at the records of each team you will realize how close these two teams are. It will be completely different from last night when the Sabres played a team that doesn't have a lot of offensive fire power, the Penguins have a lot of fire power and when they are clicking on all cylinders...watch out.

Gary Roberts
That Gary Roberts hit looked super painful. Didn't looked broken, but also didn't look like he'll be back within the next week or so.

By the way
This might be a stupid question, but I'm still trying to get familiar with SB. Do you need to register a new name with each individual blog?

Right now you do
that is going to change in the very near future

I really hope
The outdoor game is a lot more exciting than this one.

I couldn't agree
more...this has been a boring game
by David Oleksy on Dec 29, 2007 9:37 PM EST up reply actions 0 recs
Perhaps it'd be better if the score was tied at 0. That early goal just kinda killed the excitement factor of it.
by FrankD on Dec 29, 2007 9:38 PM EST up reply actions 0 recs
just hopin
the clock would go faster.

Buffalo seems
disinterested in the game...the same way they did yesterday. They have no energy or excitement
by David Oleksy on Dec 29, 2007 9:42 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
This is the same Ty Conklin
who finished the season in Buffalo last year right? Well than put some damn shots on net and you'll be able to score.

The End
Phew, that was too close for comfort. Good game tonight, especially on Miller's part.
by FrankD on Dec 29, 2007 9:49 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
That will do it...
I guess that's it until Tuesday...or maybe Wednesday pending weather.
by David Oleksy on Dec 29, 2007 9:50 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
Has the weather
been a concern?
by FrankD on Dec 29, 2007 9:50 PM EST up reply actions 0 recs
No I don't really think so...
snow showers and 32 degrees...last I heard. That could change because you never know what the weather will do in Buffalo
by David Oleksy on Dec 29, 2007 9:52 PM EST up reply actions 0 recs
last minute was the best of the whole game
by qdloser on Dec 29, 2007 9:50 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
Gnite guys
I'll check up on the blog tomorrow and look forward to the Ice Bowl.
Although boring, well played.
