Slovakia upset USA 4-2 for their first win of the tournament with Sekera scoring the game winner late in the first period. The Slovaks lost a close one against Canada 3-2 on Friday and then were narrowly beaten by co-hosts Finland 1-0 Sunday. Sekera has averaged 17:26 of icetime in the three games, 1G 0A on 6SOG and +2 with 4 PIM.
Sweden meanwhile remain unbeaten playing in Stockholm, having used Enroth in two of the games. Enroth stopped 19 of 20 shots against the Norwegians for a 3-1 win and then looked shaky in the second half of the 6-4 win against Denmark. He made 14 saves on 18 shots, with the majority of the shots coming after the Swedes had taken a 6-1 lead halfway through the game. Enroth was rested for the 4-1 victory over the Czech Republic by Anaheim Ducks prospect Viktor Fasth.
