On the downside, the building shows its age when you enter the seating area. The seats looked pretty old and many were in poor condition with exposed sharp, jagged edges that too easily caught on clothing.

Shows what “age”?? Hell, it was built in 1996!

Well, that is 16 years ago. I’d compare it to Verizon Center, which opened around the same time. Overall they’re both in pretty good shape, but there are a few little things where you can tell the they have been in use for a couple of decades.
