Right now in Spanish language track here in LA, you get the game announcer-free, with just the sounds of the players on the ice. It’s great.
What channel is it on?
I’m in SoCal and I can’t find it anywhere on tv.

Exactly. Im so irritated. Im at work, took my lunch at 1230 and im stuck watching the Detroit game and staring at my phone for updates. The current format probably reduces the number of people who can watch their team. Hockey day in America should be an entire day of hockey on both NBC and NBC sports not 4 games with a limit on what game you can watch

Who are the 7?
Weber’s a liability more often than not. MAG sucks. Finley showed he’s not anywhere near NHL ready. Schiestel hasn’t played a NHL game. Pysk hasn’t played an AHL game. Gauthier-Leduc is in the QJMHL. Brennan needs more time in the AHL, Lindy was giving him 12 mins a game. McNabb is the closest to being ready but spent almost a month in the pressbox with a concussion.
There’s depth but it’s not proven or even good depth yet. If this team wants to make a run next year they can’t do it with 4 defensemen. What good does another draft pick do? Let you take another defenseman who might be ready in 5 years when Pominville, Vanek, Miller et al are done?

Please explain. He’s a supposed powerplay offensive defenseman who has one goal this year. Lindy trusts him so much that he’s last on the team for (regular) defensemen in TOI by a lot and that’s with him “quarterbacking” the PP time earlier in the year.
And you “traded” Leopold so he’s gone.

You asked who the 7 NHL defensemen I talked about were. Those are the 7. We can afford to lose the 4th best one (maybe 5th best depending how much you like Sekera) if we can get a high pick back.
