You don't understand
If the Devils score, the Sabres will start thinking about what to eat after the game.
Last game had a little improvement…but I feel that our season in the past two months has been the proverbial anchor of a ship that finally hit the bottom of the ocean. Instead of raising it back up to the boat though, we are just dragging it along the ocean floor because we are indifferent to the stress it puts on our engines. Sure, we would be faster if we picked it up, but we could keep it there and blow up the engine, leading to a rebuild in the off-season. If this happens, the rebuild will hopefully include a really new piece of machinery that would:
a) help us immensely
b) be something we have not seen on our ship in over 20 years
In the short term, I would hate to watch this good old ship fail; it has a lot of things on it that I like and that I am familiar with. In the long run, it may be best for the ship to get some new parts that will help it make longer journey’s in the future.
On the other side of the coin, the ship could have just had so many broken parts that I have no idea how good it should be. Any which way you cut it, our last two months have been awful for the team and this fanbase.

If we are making trades, it will be for picks- unless we get a power forward. I wouldnt mind trading away anyone not named Vanek or Myers and get as much value as possible. We will finally get a high pick, not just in the middle. I believe their is a lot of talent on the team but for whatever reason, things got stale.

He just started playing lax this past summer and seems to really enjoy it. Im meeting him and my dad up there this weekend and were going to go to the game. Ive head that they are pretty fun, not sure where are seats are yet tho. Anyone ever sit up in the 300’s? Ive been up there for Sabres games, but not sure if they playing field is the same size?

I haven’t been to a Bandits game in forever (I’m now a Knighthawks guy in Rochester…unless they play each other and then I keep realizing I’ve been cheering both teams goals) but it’s fine high up. You can see the plays and changes (on the fly) developing nicely. It’s a good time IMO
