Hockey Heaven Expanding to Elmira?

This is just a message board conversation... but a buddy at work told me he heard (I know, I know, we want facts) that Pegula was in talks with the owner of First Arena. They talk about possibly a new team coming in next year or maybe the year after. I dont know if it would still be the ECHL, I assume it would. Does anyone else have any confirmation of this happening?
