Sabres winger Drew Stafford and Sabres.com have given the fans a glimpse into what one of the big forward's summer workouts are like, and the results are pretty fantastic. As far as I'm concerned, as long as Stafford can keep making videos like this, then he's already lived up to his new contract. Kudos to the Sabres video department and team videographer Mark Blaszak for some inspired comedy.

In other team news, the Sabres announced today that Jochen Hecht will miss a few games after colliding with teammate Shaone Morrisonn and receiving some stitches on his upper lip.
