Cap Rules???
What are the cap rules when a team goes over?
Philly is over the cap and looks to have to move someone. Probably Gagne or Carter. I would not mind having either one even though I know we are in surplus of forwards. Also I would not mind grabbing Carcillo from them as it looks like they might not be able to match any offer. That would mean some moves from our roster but that would not be a bad thing if it was Stafford and maybe Hecht. Thoughts?

Not Hecht
Stafford can go, but I’d really rather keep Hecht.
So, Philly has elimanated my two least favorite teams. WHAT NOW, BOSTON!!!!!!!
Martin Broduer doesn't look so great now huh?
Oh yeah.
I wouldn’t mind Carter or Carcillo at all. Gagne is very good, but Carter is slightly cheaper.

Teams can exceed the cap
by no more than 10% in the off-season. But they must be under the cap by the start of the season.
Wouldn't doubt it since it seems the only people who like either one are their teammates
and in Carcillo’s case some of them probably hate him too.
Save Jenrry Mejia!
