Thanks DBTB!!

DO, Andy, Rafal:

You guys did a great job this season. DBTB was my first stop for all my Sabres news every morning/day/evening. Just wanted to thank you guys for all the great coverage. This place has come a long way since last season.

DO: You've chose some great guys and have kept a civil site running.Keep crunching those numbers!

Andy: The volume of links, especially during the playoffs is amazing. Great job, dude.

Rafal: You've written some great articles and have shown a talent for writing. Keep it up.

Time for some contract extensions, DO.

Show your love, people!

Good work DBTB staff

While I dont always comment. You guys do an amazing job day in and day out.

The player I would like least at #9 would be my sister’s cat, Captain Creamsicle. She does have a great work ethic and agility, but I’m really concerned that at 9 lbs., she’s too small to play safety in the NFL. She also bites way too often on play action and is easily distracted by someone waving string in the crowd. Lastly, her wonderlic score was pretty awful, answering "meow meow meow" for most of the questions- Dr. Brackish Okun

This site is definitely one of the best hockey sites on SB Nation, I’m very grateful for all your guys’ hard work.

It’s been great chatting with everyone and the articles are universally interesting. Keep up the great work.

Thanks guys

Remember this isn’t the end for us though. The best thanks you can give us is to help keep the site interesting in the off-season.

The offseason is when I do my best work! During the season, I barely have enough time for one line comments.

Great year guys

this was my first destination for any source of bufflo sabres news, then it was sabres edge.
seriously this was a great year, DO, Andy, Rafal, Zach, you guys did a great job this season and this will continue to be my first destination for any off season news. but also, thanks to everyone who made this blog a great sabres community. sometimes when i go out into the world i cannot have a descent conversation with people about the sabres.

Absolutely

This season was special for me because we added more people to the team of writers and most importantly we added some die-hard Sabres fans to come and chat with us. I think the future is bright for the Sabres and DBTB.

You can say that again. There are only about 5 people I know that I can actually sit down and have a conversation about hockey with. All the rest think they know but I usually just end up getting too pissed thru-out the conversation to continue it. Not on here tho.

Thank You

You guys are the ones who make the site awesome. I’m looking forward to a great off-season and an even better next year.

Indeed

Thanks to everyone involved. Like a few others who posted earlier, this was my first year on DBTB. The articles, links, and discussions made this surprising season that much more enjoyable.

It’s nice to see a Buffalo fansite that puts things in perspective, rather than the typical negativity and overreaction you see in most Buffalo media. Couple that with some insightful analysis and reader interaction, and you’ve got a great blog. Thanks fellas!

DO could also try to get over the hump during the offseason by signing a free agent from one of the canadian blogs or trading for a star blogger (like Travis Hair).

I’m very with our crew here, we are a Cup contender. I would love to add a couple more people that specialize in something though. There are sites out there that do weekly features and simple things like that and one person is responsible for doing them. If anyone has any ideas for features they think will work, pass them along to me and we’ll explore the possibility.

Ah, so you’re looking for rookie prospects to support your starting lineup, then. :)

I’d totally be willing to post random nonsensical rants on some topic (perhaps in the letters to players type of thing), but i’m not very reliable, so it’d probably not be a good idea.

Rec'd

I echo the sentiments everyone has said thus far. DO, you have done a great job with this site this year. I agree with what you said above: KEEP VISITING THIS SITE IN THE OFF-SEASON. This place was like a ghost-town in the off-season. I started reading and posting about a year ago here, and I wrote one piece that sat at the top of the fanpost list for tooooo long (I’ll add my 2 cents on the FA situation after I’ve had the proper time to let this season simmer). But definitely a great job everyone. Good links and writing every day by Andy and good writing by Rafal as well. Thanks for keeping the peace for another season, and many more hopefully!
